flour, baking soda, baking pwder, salt, sugar, butter or margarine, egg, ripe bananas; vanilla and lemon extracts; mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, spatula, hand or stand mixer; muffin tin and paper baking cups, oven, clean-up wipes or spray and paper towel for messy hands and surfaces!
How To Make It:
Combine 2 c flour, 1 tsp bking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp bkg soda, separate bowl, mix with fork; set aside In mixing bowl, cream 1 c sugar and 1 stk butter or margarine. Add 1 egg; mix til smooth. Mix in 1 tsp vanilla; 1/2 tsp lemon extract. Have kids wash hands and then on clean surface pre-mash about two large ripe bananas or enougn to make 1 c. lumpy bananas. Add this to wet mixture and mix. Gradually add combined dry ingredients; mix. Fill baking cups in tin. Bake at 350 F 20 min
